David Aaron Seidman

Mr. Seidman was assigned as minors council in my daughters case and did nothing to represent her interests. He failed to thoroughly research the facts and conduct due diligence in the matter which resulted in the continued abuse of my daughter at the hands of her father. He basically trades on his ...fathers name and does not have the skills or experience to have a thriving family practice, and attempts to gain experience as minors council at the expense of children he was hired to protect. He seems nice when you speak to him, but behind his demeanor lives incompetence and laziness. This is probably best exemplified by the tier four law school that his father bought him admission to. Take heed, David Seidmen doenst care about your case and is working this position in hopes of someday making daddy proud at the cost of your family's best interest.

Mr. Steidman was assigned by the court to represent my son. He is very personable, but did not give a fair evaluation. He became my son's "friend" and did exactly as the boy requested which was not to his best interest. My son went to live with his father where there are no rules and he was not go...ing to school. Now my son has more problems than he can handle and I am unable to help him. This attorney did not look into all the facts. He took the easy was out and made a poor decision. He is very young and inexperienced. If he is assigned to your case, try to get another attorney.
