Atty Azemika handled termination of spousal support paid to my ex-spouse when I retired. He was able to negotiate an agreement which limited my ex-spouse to receiving a share of my retirement based on the time-share rule. I was not required to pay a residual spousal support after my retirement. Furth...ermore, extraneous issues (payment of ex-spouse's legal fee was requested by opposing counsel) were eliminated from the negotiation.
