I had heard of Tony Azemika over the years due to many colleagues and friends divorces. They would either say "he is the best" or " I should've hired Tony instead of ...." After 10 years of marriage, 2 school age children, being self employed, and jointly owned properties it was now time to hire Tony..., from all the word of mouth it had to be him I was going to hire. Right after the initial meeting and then the filing, it was clear how very attentive he was. My emails were returned inside 24 hours, the staff was patient and knowledgable. He had explained that child support, spousal support would be a challenge so I wasn't hit off guard. As court dates would come and go the one characteristic that would show up with Tony every single time was how he would bring up an aspect of the law and the opposing side would never be able to hide how dumb founded they were either because they were not as bright or they just didn't pay attention to their cases. I found myself very relieved that he was my lawyer even before the judgment was ordered for support. Thankfully due to relentless negotiating on Tony's part the support came in that was very manageable. While sitting in the court hallway for hours waiting my turn, I could see first hand the "buddy system" that other lawyers would use and you just didn't find Tony in that circle. He was professional at every instance and always made the client first. It was great to have a lawyer that was always keen to my case but was also very in tuned to what tax issues were in my favor to divide assets and resolve support issues. In the end, I have never regretted the money I spent in hiring him and neither will you.

After 15 years of marriage and 1 child, my exhusband and I had built a lawn service business with over 200 clients and I was W2 employee, in a situation where self employed people are not always "accurate" about their income, I was looking at a situation where my exhusband was going to pay nothing to... very little to my son, I didnt want anything from the business , nor spousal support but my ex did want my retirement. Granted my ex was entitled to some of the retirement and I to the business, Tony Azemika never let up on the facts on what it would truly cost my ex to go after the retirement. Tony made negotiations to the other side a "no choice negotiation" with steadfast demeanor all due to his keen sense of the law. The divorce took just over a year to complete, but along the way Tony Azemika was very attentive to me and truly educated me along the way as to why the law works in my favor and at times didnt. For me, this was priceless, when going through a divorce we feel everything is unjust but I felt stronger in knowledge and that is due to how meticulous Tony Azemika was, at every turn he had a strategy to get what my son deserved. After many court dates and watching other laywers it was very clear that he stood out in his knowledge of the law. In the end my son got what he needed and I was able to keep my retirement and my ex kept the business. I am very happy with the results of my divorce and I would recommend him a thousand times over.
