I needed Mr. Green's assistance with my very toxic, stressful, mentally draining divorce. Once I retained him, I immediately felt relieved by his very calm and assuring demeanor. My sleep literally improved. He was very thorough and kept me guarded from the evil. His staff is very polite and very sin...cere. If you are going through a divorce, I highly recommend his counsel. I came to Gillett Law because Greg Gillett came so highly recommended from friends and coworkers as an attorney, who was good, honest, fair, and would even return money if you over pay him (which I had never heard of). During a court appearance early in my case, I actually had another attorney from ...a different firm tell me that Greg wrote the book on child custody, that he was the best attorney in the state for custody issues, that he had a good repore with staff throughout the legal system and is well known for his fairness for both parties. (Which, apparently, is typically how the judge likes it to be.) As my case progressed, there was a lot of conflict with my exhusband requiring a lot of attention to detail and thats where Matt Green stepped in. Matt investigated for Gillett Law prior to becoming an attorney. He has worked diligently on my case from beginning to end proving to be very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of every detail when we got to court. After obtaining his credentials to practice law, I agreed to let Matt take over my respresentation in court, where he did the most amazing job respresenting what's best for me and my family. Matt has been prompt with returning my calls and emails, meets with me at last minute (many times staying late to complete our discussions about my issues, when working as an investigator and attorney), worked towards my goals, gave me options on how to pursue dealing with my high conflict custody issues, was open minded and very realistic when it came to deciding what I wanted and what the judge typically orders based on the circumstances, as well as fighting for me when it came time to play hardball. Matt helped guide me through a long and difficult legal process and simultaneously worked on multiple cases of mine. I have dealt with several lawyers during my divorce/custody situation and Matt Green has by far exceeded my expectations and changed the way I look at Our legal system. Matt encourages me as a person, parent, and professional, even stops to have a real conversation (not pertaining to my case) with me when seen in public.
