I was in an accident and Albert Garcia took my case and he was able to settle it before the year was up They are a very professional office and Maryhellen was always available to me if i ever had a question. I would recommend Albert Garcia without hesitation and i hope i dont have to use him again..., but i know he will always be there for me if i do need him. My family and I hired Mr. Garcia to help with some charges that were being brought against us. He assured us that this was an open and close case and that it would not even reach trial. Many of the charges did not apply to the case at all and were automatically through law supposed to be dropped to l...esser charges. We agreed to pay him $5,000 and an extra $3,000 if it went to trial. We left him to take of the case with the main offender. This case has been open for over a year. The case did not go to trial and yet he constantly asked for money. We paid him more than $8,000 for a case that did not even go to trial! He made promises that he would send investigators and throughly analyze footage from the body cams on the police officers. He did not do any of that. Honestly, he literally wasted our time and money and kept us in a year of hell because of his greed. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
