I hired The Garcia law firm because I was in an accident and Mr Garcia and his staff Maryhellen and Lupita were amazing and knowledgeable. My family and I hired Mr. Garcia to help with some charges that were being brought against us. He assured us that this was an open and close case and that it would not even reach trial. Many of the charges did not apply to the case at all and were automatically through law supposed to be dropped to l...esser charges. We agreed to pay him $5,000 and an extra $3,000 if it went to trial. We left him to take of the case with the main offender. This case has been open for over a year. The case did not go to trial and yet he constantly asked for money. We paid him more than $8,000 for a case that did not even go to trial! He made promises that he would send investigators and throughly analyze footage from the body cams on the police officers. He did not do any of that. Honestly, he literally wasted our time and money and kept us in a year of hell because of his greed. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

Words cannot express how pleased i am with Mr Garcia and his wife.
