He did absolutely nothing in my child custody case I hired him and he was working with my ex more than he was me. My ex husband was awarded my children to live in his care and I had to pay child support. Within 9 months I went back to count on my own and full custody was giving back to me and now my ...children are grown and my ex husband is no longer in any of our lives for the things he has done. If you really care for the well being of your children don’t hire him!!!

Hired this “Atourney”after I had filed /started divorce papers already on my soon to be X . My X took off to SC so I thought I may need help getting everything legally done , this office assured me they could collect what was owed me from X now living in another state … this office failed me in ...so many ways , he was late to court so judge was mad , I asked for restoration of my maiden name he got my name changed to something I had never heard of … I had to do all the legal paper work my self to get it legally corrected he didn’t use anywhere near the total of my retainer but refused to return what was left .. in the end Atourney told me he couldn’t collect $ due me from X because X was in another state . Atourney lied to me from the start ! Entire office is very unprofessional, when I showed up in his office about them getting my former name wrong on my final papers His wife started yelling at me in front of other clients sitting in office . when I yelled back she threw an arm full of “other” peoples files” she had in her hand to the floor. Papers went everywhere 2 people got up and walked out . This office is Very unprofessional and no one I would ever recommend . When a few of my friends heard I had hired this office they laughed … I ended up paying more than my share of our “split bills lost my home and lost my truck ” and paid all attorneys fees my X agreed to pay 1/2 the attorneys fees, Atourney refused to send him requested papers for it to be done He told me I’m going to get you way more than 1/2 my fees paid. In the end I was out 1/2 his retirement, never collected 1penny of the ordered spousal support and me paying all the bills I could of done better on my own and not paid the 6,000 Atourney fees Stay clear of this one he’s greedy and cares nothing about his clients … I give him an F -

I hired him a few years ago to get a custody order of my daughter. He really helped me write my statement letter explaining my situation to the judge. I have a hard time using the best words to describe what I'm trying to say, but he made my statement so powerful. I agreed to shared custody (hesitan...tly) but he ended up getting me sole custody! He's a great lawyer. His assistant was a little unorganized, but he was really good! Now I can work with my ex to set up visitation time, and he can't threaten to take her from me.

I hired him to work on my case of divorce and child custody and I was very pleased by the way he handled my case of course this was back around 2002 the only thing that I was against is that on my last retainer he still had a little over $150 to return to me because it was all done and I never got it.... Terrible attorney. Left us hanging and left us out to dry at court. The judge ruled against us because Kliever did not file paper work. In fact he did not even show up with anything and sent his aid to go get it.. Money hungry and worthless. Please do not use this attorney. He lost what is most pre...cious to us and now we have to appeal and spend more money... They will promise you the world but drop the ball every time.. BEWARE.. You are for warned...
