I was referred to Sandford by my defendant's attorney and since I first called him in a state of panic about my charges. He was empathetic, caring, and optimistic since the first time we spoke. He was sympathetic to every fear and every question I had and he always dispelled my worries with clear, un...derstandable, and logically reasoning and knowledge derived from an overwhelmingly obvious wealth of legal experience. He demanded that I be represented fairly in court and pursued an amazing defense that ended in the complete dismissal of three seriously and potentially life altering theft charges. If Sandford hadn't been my attorney I am sure my case wouldn't have ended so miraculously. Hiring Sanford Horowitz to represent me in my recent DUI case was the best decision I could have made! The Horowitz family from the begging let me know they had my back and were gunna fight for me. He pushed for me to get a release so i could continue work and worked with DA to set up a deal that worked with the judge as well. Anytime i had concerns or questions Mr. Horowitz was always there to help. ...He let me know if he wasn't available that his team would be able to assist me as well. He put him self out there for me when needing to go to court and other meeting outside of court related to my case. Sanford was recommended by my old lawyer Mr. Eaton and am so happy for it. Sanford Horowitz was recommended to me by a friend when I was cited for DUI and the moment I sat down in his office I understood why I was pointed in his direction. Sanford spent a great deal of time explaining the laws regarding DUI and their consequences/varying severities to me and listened dilige...ntly as I explained to him what had happened. He told me about a less severe conviction called a "wet-reckless" and was very confident that I would be able to obtain this charge and make the best of this unfortunate occurrence. I expressed to him that I was a college student without parental support, he was incredibly understanding and we were able to work out a payment plan that was very manageable for me.
