Jason Saltoun-Ebin

Attorney Jason Saltoun-Ebin is a third-generation California real estate sales professional and a member of the State Bars of California and Wisconsin. With legal training and experience in real estate law, real property, contracts, advanced negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and mediation, he is well-qualified to assist buyers and sellers in even the most difficult transactions.

Jason decided to focus his attention on real estate sales after moving to Santa Barbara. He quickly discovered that his clients and friends had a significant need for competent and professional real estate sales professionals. He has since advised clients on the purchase and sale of homes all over Santa Barbara, including multi-million dollar properties in Montecito, Carpinteria, Santa Barbara and Goleta. Jason's clients love his ability to always seem to get the job done in a friendly and professional manner. Clients say he even makes the often stressful home buying and selling process fun!

Jason is a graduate of Pacific Palisades High School, UCLA (B.A.), UCSB (M.A. in U.S. History) and the University of Wisconsin Law School (juris doctorate). In his rare spare time he can be found on the tennis court playing with the Montecito Tennis Mafia, at the Santa Barbara Tennis Club, or at the Cate School where he coaches boys and girls tennis. He is also a recognized authority on the Ronald Reagan presidency and his books can be found on . 

He has three children, Eli (4) Estie (2), and Max (born in Jan. 2017), and is married to attorney Jessica Zetley who works at the Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families. 

Jason is also an active member of the Conflict Solutions Center of Santa Barbara, the Anti-Defamation League, the Santa Barbara County Bar Association, the Santa Barbara Zoo, the Montecito Tennis Mafia, the University Club of Santa Barbara, the Tennis Club of Santa Barbara and Congregation B'nai B'rith.

He is also so very thankful for his clients and the opportunity to help those in Santa Barbara. He loves supporting the community and generally is able to give back at least 10% of every transaction to a local charity of his clients choosing.
