Mendacious
Knew Jay Valentine before he was a licensed attorney; does not payback monies owed and does not return borrowed property. From my experience Jay Valentine is not an honest person. I would strongly advise against hiring this person.

Scam
Went behind my back and scammed my elderly mother out of over $11,000, ostensibly as payment, without my knowledge. I had to fire him when I found out and hire another attorney.
