Biography
I have been practicing law for over 32 years having been admitted to the State Bar of California in 1983. My practice is in the field of Commercial and Business Litigation focusing almost exclusively on Creditor Rights and Contract Law. I have enjoyed the rewards of a Solo practice in Santa Barbara since moving here in 1992. I am an active member of the Commercial Law League of America as well as the International Association of Commercial Collectors. In addtion, I am a member of both the Santa Barbara Bar Association and the Women Lawyers of Santa Barbara. I have represented Fortune 500 companies nationally as well as many companies worldwide. I believe I have an excellent reputation for resolving matters either through litigatior or mediation. Lastly, I have handled matters as low as $1,000 and as high as over $15 Million.
