Attorney Robert HERTZBERG should not be an attorney. Hertzberg gets too emotionally involved in his cases. Hertzberg was being sued by 2 females for retaliation after they exposed his sexual battery crimes he committed. Hertzberg became so angry and emotionally involved in the case and was not thin...king clearly when he hired a Known FELON named DAVID JESS MILLER who is currently out on BAIL on a 1 MILLION DOLLAR BOND. He is facing federal charges for identity theft, money laundering, perjury, fraud, and selling over 400 million dollar of illegal drugs. He is looking at 20-30 years in prison. Hertzberg became friends with this criminal and teamed up with him to commit more Felony crimes. Hertzberg is now being sued for 2.2 million dollars for his illegal acts of IDENTITY THEFT AND FRAUD. Hertzberg became so emotionally involved that he partnered with a con man. Together Hertzberg and David Jess Miller committed fraud and identity theft by placing a fraudulent lien on a property that belonged to someone that had no involved in the case and placed the lien on the Wrong house.
