I offer free consultations in which I will provide general high-level legal advice with the express understanding that no legal work or in-depth legal analysis will be performed until a fee agreement has been entered into by both parties including the called upon fee being paid in advance or as otherwise agreed.  No attorney-client relationship will be formed by the basis of unsolicited communications (emails, texts, phone calls, etc) being sent to me.  We must enter into a written attorney-client fee agreement prior to my agreeing to represent you or give you legal advice.  If your case or matter is time sensitive you understand that I will have no obligation to return or contact you by any specific time or date should you send me an unsolicited initial communication and that you bear the responsibility to handle all aspects of your case or matter including all payment or filing deadlines until I agree to represent you as specified above.
