I have practiced estate planning since I graduated from law school and passed the bar in 2001.
Everyone is different, has different needs, family dynamics, fears, values, hopes and dreams, therefore no two plans are ever the same. She did our Living Trust. When I went to pick it up I was dismayed by the size of the document, it was like a phone book. I could not fit something of that size in my safe deposit box.
