We hired Jonathan Neilsen and his partner Carmen Ortiz. These individuals in our experience and opinion, were the most un-professional people we have ever encountered in providing a service. The attorney made multiple mistakes in our file thru the court. I was very close to loosing all that I ...have worked for because of his inconsistencies and errors. Carmen Ortiz his assistant was disrespectful, un-courteous, rude and dismissive. I could not believe I was working with such people. I could never get a status on my case. I had plenty of patience as this does take a while to resolve. I thank god I fired him from my case. I found honest reputable people to help me. I was days away from the worst. My new attorney was nothing short of a blessing. I do not wish anyone to go thru what I did. These people do not protect you or your belongings. Choose wisely. Bankruptcy takes a toll on a person no one needs the added stress of working with such individuals.

Jonathan was very unresponsive to my calls! He would take weeks to respond to my calls even if I was in grave danger of losing my home!! He did not show to at least one court appt. I never paid court fees regarding bankruptcy because he never alerted me to that we were in bankruptcy! He put some e...ffort but not sure if it helped my case! I have a feel that he sold himself to the other side! I would rate his performance a D minus! He also refused to return my money so performing so badly! Currently I am filing a complaint with the BAR! Don't use him unless he has greatly improved his job performance!!!!
