Rod Lawrence Kodman

Mr Kodman defended me a few years ago when i was facing prison time for vehicle theft. I had borrowed my sisters car while she was out of town and crashed it after being up for days. I fell asleep at the wheel and when I woke up I was about to crash. The truck I crashed into took off so I took off... too. A "concerned citizen" had been following me until the police showed up. I got charged with Vehicle theft, under the influence, hit and run. I was offered three years prison time and were in the process of it to trial when Mr Kodman convinced the DA to let me go into a program. He was professional, understanding and very knowledgeable. I have been clean for years and owe the quality of my life to Mr Kodman fighting for me in court and convincing the DA and myself that I was not a lost cause. Mr Kodman is the best PD in Ventura Courts!

This guy is awesome. I had an atty who was supposedly going to represent me @ arraignment. He didn't show up and Rod was the public defender that day. Asked what my options were. He represented me at the arraignment and hooked it up with a very good attorney that ended up getting my charges dropp...ed. Rod Kodman is hands down one of the coolest guys I've met. He'll tell you what he thinks straight up, no BS.
