Biography
My practice covers a wide range of civil litigation, including partnership disputes, actions for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, and breaches of contract. I also advise individuals and businesses on a variety of employment-related matters, including wage and hour regulations, compliance with state and federal nondiscrimination laws, and wrongful termination actions. Outside of the office, I am involved in several organizations in the Ventura County legal and business communities, including the Ventura County Bar Association, the CPA/Law Society, the Jerome H. Berenson chapter of the American Inns of Court, and the UCLA Alumni Association.
