Taylor Lindsey Emerson

I have over 19 years of litigation experience from the defense and plaintiff side. I started her career as a defense attorney in Ventura County with Haffner, Haffer & Kirwin and Procter, Slaughter, and Regan where she gained vast experience handling all types of litigation matters. I have taken and defended well over a thousand depositions and aggressively protects her clients. I have experience in handling a wide range of complex litigation cases.

I have negotiated numerous six-figure settlements for her clients. I am an active member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice in the United States District Courts. I have also been admitted Pro Hac into courts Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan and West Virginia where she has actively litigated on behalf of clients for the past decade.

Education

I graduated Highschool at the age of 15 years old and went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree from Pepperdine University. I majored in International Business and studied in Paris while attending Pepperdine. After graduating from Pepperdine, I attended Ventura College of Law where she worked simultaneously for the Law Offices of David Karen, a Plaintiff’s litigation firm, where she gained valuable experience in all areas of personal injury and medical malpractice. I completed a mediation internship where she was able to attend 90 mediations with a skilled Mediator where she obtained valuable negotiation skills and tactics while in law school. I also worked at the Self Help Legal Access Center while in law school where she was able to assist individuals on a wide array of matters.

After law school, I passed the bar at the age of 22 and has continued to actively litigate cases.
