Mike Smith kicks major league ass!!! I had the unfortunate experience of marrying an evil lying woman. She lied to EVERYBODY. But Mike and I got proof that she was lying and exposed her to the judge. Mike got the fraudulent restraining order thrown out, he got her to pay some of my divorce fees cu...z she skipped out on a deposition, Mike got court order after court order against the lying hag, I got EVERYTHING!!!! I GOT MY EQUITY, I GOT MY IRA ACCOUNT, I GOT CASH ACCOUNTS, I GOT HER PENSION!!!!!!! THAT WILL BE THE LAST TIME ANY LYING BTCH FCKS WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t waste your money! Mike was very eager to take our case (TRO). He quoted my husband and start to finish for his services. This was to include all work to be done regarding the case, as well as Mr. Smith showing up in court. Mr. Smith had some personal health issues he had mentioned to us,... and I can only assume that was the reason he dropped our case. Without any notice, he told us he couldn’t handle the pressure of our case and dropped us – 2 days before a scheduled deposition we were supposed to attend, and that he was holding against the opposing party. We tried to negotiate and work with him but to no avail. He was very rude and we have text messages and emails to show what we have had to go through. He does not like to be questioned and he has to be in control at all times. He is very immature and this made it difficult for us. He then refunded us less then half of the funds we had paid to him. We were shocked that he hadn’t even gone to court for us once, yet he somehow had used the entire retainer we had paid him. We asked him for an accounting of services, which he did provide- however I must add that they were highly inflated. We have filed with the state bar and will be disputing the charges as well. I hope nobody has to go through what we have gone through with this attorney. Bottom Line: Overly sensitive, Highly Stressed, Not upfront. My advice to anyone looking for an attorney would be to avoid the sales person personality, watch out for BS, do a thorough check of reviews and see if you can get at least 3 references. This may take time but you’re better off using this time, then losing money and wasting a lot more time down the line.
