Ms. Gurpreet was extremely loyal to my family. I immigrated from India and I was placed in administrate review, which meant my case was delayed for over a year and half but Ms. Gurpreet was on top of my case and made sure that things were getting processed. She was so easy to reach and my family will... forever be grateful to her. without her assistance, I may not have made it through the process. It was an emotional roller coaster and she always listened and assured us that things will work out. Thank you Gurpreet and god bless you and your family. I highly recommend her to anyone who is going through any consular process, she will make it easy for you and your spouse.

My husband and I hired her to take on our immigration case and help us through the stressful and long process only to find out she had completely forgot about our case after we were approved for I-130. I called on multiple occasions through the year to get updates and her assistant would just tell me... the same thing over and over (without really knowing). A whole year went by before I contacted USCIS to get an update on our case to find out the rest of the paperwork was never filed. I called her office and again her assistant lies to me assuring me everything had been sent! They were very unprofessional in handling our case. Along with my fathers case who was filing for a UVisa. She did all the “work” in filling out all the paperwork but never sent it in. When I confronted her all she could say was she failed me, she was sorry. We terminated our services with her and asked to fully be reimbursed for negligence, and breaching her contact, but of course she didn’t. She only reimbursed us a portion of what we had already paid in full. Would not recommend, if you can’t follow up with paying clients and provide updates, how are you suppose to know your case is being processed or the statues of your case if there is a lack of communication.
