Gurpreet did absolutely nothing and still took our $1500. My nephew was deported back to India, and I understand that this is not Gurpreet's fault, however she failed to inform us of this. We knew he was deported and Gurpreet told us she would figure something about immediately and call us back. Obvi...ously once he is deported nothing can be done, so I am sure she was just trying to get out of the conversation and take the money. We asked that since she did minimal work and it was out of her control, to return our $1500, but instead she is completely immature and ignoring every single call. Gurpreet should work on being upfront with her clients. She at least owes us a conversation. She is a sad excuse of a lawyer honestly. Super disappointed, and obviously she only cares about taking the money. If she did more work I would understand, but my nephew was deported one day after making the payment. You should do better. I would not recommend her to anyone. Please go spend your money somewhere else.

My husband and I hired her to take on our immigration case and help us through the stressful and long process only to find out she had completely forgot about our case after we were approved for I-130. I called on multiple occasions through the year to get updates and her assistant would just tell me... the same thing over and over (without really knowing). A whole year went by before I contacted USCIS to get an update on our case to find out the rest of the paperwork was never filed. I called her office and again her assistant lies to me assuring me everything had been sent! They were very unprofessional in handling our case. Along with my fathers case who was filing for a UVisa. She did all the “work” in filling out all the paperwork but never sent it in. When I confronted her all she could say was she failed me, she was sorry. We terminated our services with her and asked to fully be reimbursed for negligence, and breaching her contact, but of course she didn’t. She only reimbursed us a portion of what we had already paid in full. Would not recommend, if you can’t follow up with paying clients and provide updates, how are you suppose to know your case is being processed or the statues of your case if there is a lack of communication.
