Ms. Kaur helped me get released from Immigration Detention and then she further assisted me with getting my case moved from California to New York. I had gone to other attorneys for assistance and they completely failed to respond to my calls. She returns calls and emails within minutes. I would high...ly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an attorney to help them with immigration case or getting their loved one released from immigration detention. When I was detained, she took the time to visit me in detention and helped me understand the process. Without her assistance, I truly believe I may still be detained in California.

My husband and I hired her to take on our immigration case and help us through the stressful and long process only to find out she had completely forgot about our case after we were approved for I-130. I called on multiple occasions through the year to get updates and her assistant would just tell me... the same thing over and over (without really knowing). A whole year went by before I contacted USCIS to get an update on our case to find out the rest of the paperwork was never filed. I called her office and again her assistant lies to me assuring me everything had been sent! They were very unprofessional in handling our case. Along with my fathers case who was filing for a UVisa. She did all the “work” in filling out all the paperwork but never sent it in. When I confronted her all she could say was she failed me, she was sorry. We terminated our services with her and asked to fully be reimbursed for negligence, and breaching her contact, but of course she didn’t. She only reimbursed us a portion of what we had already paid in full. Would not recommend, if you can’t follow up with paying clients and provide updates, how are you suppose to know your case is being processed or the statues of your case if there is a lack of communication.
