Paul Randall Huff

Paul is an experienced trial attorney and represents companies and entrepreneurs in business transactions, finance and corporate formation and governance.  Paul earned his Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University before attending the UCLA School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2000.

Paul’s practice focuses on contracts, real estate, employment, intellectual property law and business transactions and finance.  Paul represents a wide array of businesses throughout California in such areas as technology, fashion, logistics, entertainment, beer, wine and spirits, consumer electronics, fitness and online marketing.  He also represents clients in intellectual property matters including trade secret, copyright and trademark, including prosecuting both international and domestic trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Paul has been a member of the State Bar of California since his admission in 2000.  He is admitted to numerous federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California, the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
