Frank Alan Woodard

I am in a trustee-type relationship with my disabled sister who has been on SSI and HUD Section 8 assistance for many years. My sister recently lost her HUD assistance. Frank took on the task of representing my sister in an effort to have her HUD assistance reinstated, even though Frank was told by... other legal-aid-type experts in these matters that HUD decisions in our county are rarely, if ever, reversed. Neverthess, Frank DID achieve a reversal of the HUD decision to terminate, and my sister is in the process of being reinstated.
