Joshua earned his J.D. from the University of La Verne College of Law and his B.A. from the University of California, Riverside. He is a member of the San Bernardino Bar Association. Joshua’s understanding of family law is not limited to his legal experience. He lives in the Inland Empire with his wife and their three children. Through his own foster to adopt journey, he has experienced firsthand the uncertainty and emotional strain that can arise when there are questions surrounding custody, visitation, reunification, and a child’s long-term stability.
