This joke of an attorney I hired, hands me off to some jackass that just took the bar 1 year ago. If I wanted a newbie, I would've stuck with a court appointed attorney. Not only that, but nobody did an intake, they never showed up to my appeal hearing until 15 minutes after start time, even though I... was told Sanjay would be there 1 hr. Prior to discuss my case. These people are a Flippin joke! Now, they are saying I owe them money when they never even got any documents for me in a total of 2+months, what a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

My husband picked up by ICE and I was referred to him by a neighbor and sanjay now iam confused cuz I see you do more bankruptcy case's that imagration cases and I didn't even know about the bill attorney that is being mentioned I truly hope iam not being BS'ed with all this cash that has been paid t...o you !! Cuz now I have no money to pay my rent and iam still hanging in with hope after reading these reviews I can't even find you on calbar. search...... and iam sorry if this this not what you want to hear or see but I haven't been able talk to you anymore after I paid you :/ I have faith in you and I will edit this once I have my husband back home !!!! He has no criminal background

I recently experienced having to go through a bankruptcy. My sister-in-law had recommended I seek legal counsel and referred me to Mr. Sobti, thank goodness she did. Sanjay charged me $1,000.00 for work he did not do. He told me that he will go the immigration office to solve my case. Later on I found out that he did not go instead, he sent a letter and that resulted in losing my case. When I asked him why he did not go to the immigration office? He replied, I ha...d something to do that day. Well there you have it. I filed a complaint to California State Bar.
