I needed legal advice on how to negotiate a landlord and tenant dispute and a friend recommended Mr. Iles. I had heard that most attorneys charged a consultation fee, which made me hesitant in seeking advise. To my surprise, Mr. Iles not only helped me with my lease issue, but did so without chargi...ng me a consultation fee. Rare in this day and age, yet greatly appreciated. When I asked him why, his response was, "one kind act, begets another" and that I had helped him fulfil his pro bono requirement, whatever that meant. If I ever have another legal issue to deal with, I will undoubtely give Mr. Iles a call.
