Felix Paolo Montero

We hired Felix Montero to handle my permanent resident status. After we paid him for retainment in 2021, he pretended to process my application and sent us falsified USCIS Receipts with Receipt Numbers that belonged to someone else, which is why USCIS responded that this receipt number is not ours. ...Also, he was intentionally unresponsive to our status requests. On one of the few times he was able to answer our email, he sent us an article from the NY Times saying that some immigration applicants will die before their application is processed because of the backlog at the USCIS. After we realized his fraudulent actions, a year and a half after hiring this crook, we switched to a different lawyer and as a result, my application was done in 17 months, no thanks to Felix Montero.
