My family and I were the unfortunate victims of a very bad tenant. Our insurance retained a law firm and Jennifer Feres was assigned to our case. From the start she treated us like family. Jennifer Feres of The Feres Firm has been representing me since March 2012 and continues to represent me as we are in the process of closing my case after a long two plus years of court proceedings surrounding the custody, visitation and support of my son. I was referred to Jennifer by a very close personal friend that is a court reporter in orange county and knows most family law attorneys and their competence level. She picked Jennifer and the results were very one sided in favor of my friend. So on to my story, I had an ex that was very bitter and ...misinformed by her attorney and trying to get way more than her fair share of our children and assets. I am just a normal guy who loves his kids and has a lot of time to spend with them. All I wanted to be was fair and able to have my kids 50% of the time. My ex's plan was for me to have them 20%, her to stop working and be a stay home mom, to close our small business behind my back, to take about 500k worth of assets that were acquired previous to our 5 year marriage, and to paint me as an unfit abusive father/ husband.
