Marjorie Gross Fuller

Marjorie Fuller helped me to file an emergency writ of mandate in a child custody case decision. She is experienced and has a great deal of knowledge dealing with appellate cases. Her work was true, well cited, and strong. Even though I knew it was a long shot to have my writ accepted and the horri...ble court decision overturned or stayed until a formal appeal was filed, (the odds are slim in general) she did her absolute best to try and make it happen. She was given a week or so notice and was still able to produce an amazing writ. Her hourly rate is expensive but she brings 25+ years of experience. She has won more cases than she loses and she only takes cases she feels she can win. I appreciate her honesty and her opinion that my case was one of the most outrageous decisions she has even seen in her entire time of practicing law. She has had over 52 cases resulted in opinions being published and obviously knows what she is talking about. Even though my writ was denied, I am forever grateful that she gave her best efforts on such a short time span. Her staff was friendly and there to help me with this appeal process and guide me through the steps. I would recommend her to anyone that wants an honest attorney by their side.
