Attorney James Gandy was the best decision I ever made to represent me. I had a traffic ticket in December 2017 for failing to stop at a STOP sign. I know for a fact I did make a complete stop but the police didn’t think I stop long enough. The police stated, “by law: you need to stop for 5 second...s not 3 seconds.” This to me is a red flag because I don’t believe there is such a traffic law like that.
