Cara Lynn Bender

I was referred to Cara by my foster son's attorney and she represented me in his dependency case. I can't say enough about her. She's super impressive and efficient! She is very responsive and gave me the play by play via text while in court. She was able to move my case forward from termination ...of services, to termination of parental rights, and towards adoption which I hope will happen by spring. She is no-nonsense type person and has good relationships with the attorneys on the dependency floor in Santa Ana. She is literally in those court rooms every day and is familiar with each judge as well. I'm so glad I didn't bring an outsider in. She works on a single, very reasonable retainer to take families all the way to adoption so you don't have to deal with expenses getting out of hand.
