Beatriz Serrate

Ms. Serrate recently represented me for an extremely complex and lengthy DVRO case. She was able to obtain me the order in a way that should protect me from not only further abuse, but protecting assets and resources that would help me greatly in restarting my life. Court fee's were her next win of... which I greatly appreciate. She is very organized and most likely due to her lengthy experience, has this innate ability to see through the emotion to what will and will not work for a successful case to be made. Her performance in the courtroom is not only spectacular, she carries herself professionally but would be absolutely terrifying to be up against. I know firsthand how difficult it would be to put many things passed her, she's too organized and just knows what she's doing. She means business. It must also be noted that it was known that she carries a really good reputation throughout the courthouse. She is well liked and in my experience, I know our judge appreciated an organized, timely, and efficient attorney like Ms. Serrate. There were numerous occasions where the other party was scolded for unprofessionalism, disorganization and simply not as good practice. I would imagine that for a judge, her practice would be highly regarded. Yanez & Associates as a whole runs a very good practice and although my experience was under traumatic circumstances, I did feel very heard and taken care of by all the staff. They work efficiently as a team which definitely is appreciated when it comes to financials. Thank you Ms Serrate and colleagues.
