Anthony Oropallo III

Mr. Oropallo has been practicing law since 2001 and is a member of the California Applicant’s Attorneys Association (CAAA). Prior to law school at Western State University where he graduated with honors and interned for then Presiding Justice David G. Sills at the California Court of Appeals, 4th District, he attended the California Maritime Academy majoring in Nautical Industrial Technology and California State University, Los Angeles majoring in Finance.

Prior to entering the legal profession, he worked in the securities, maritime and real estate industries and spent a number of years living and working overseas in various parts of Asia.

His legal years have almost exclusively been focused on Workers Compensation and for approximately 13 years he represented employers and insurance companies in defending Workers’ Compensation claims. Through the years, he has successfully tried numerous Workers’ Compensation cases. In recent years, however, he perceived a growing unfairness in the treatment of injured workers and redirected his purpose to representing and assisting injured workers through the legal process.
