I was dealing with a loan modification process with my bank to no avail. With all the scams out there I decided to hire him to complete and help me thru this process. Since I live in California no fees were paid till the modification was complete and submitted. Once this was done he did everything n...eeded . After 2 years I finally was approved for a modification that dropped my payment by $850. I couldn't believe it.
