Experienced and effective
Jan Breslauer is an amazing advocate. She worked in the entertainment industry for so long and in so many different ways (writer, producer, producing director... find the list yourself, I don't remember it all) that she's been through everything already. "Jan is an attentive, personable and hard working attorney. She is highly regarded by all members in the legal community and by her clients. I would highly endorse her to handle any entertainment/business transaction matters."
"I've had the pleasure of knowing Jan for several years. She has taken on the toughest of cases you can imagine and prevailed. I don't think I've ever seen attorney with as much compassion and passion for seeking justice. Jan is the first person I would ever go to if I ever needed an attorney, even though I am attorney!"
"Jan helped me with a complicated business disagreement that I handled for one of my clients. The matter was outside my practice area, but Jan stepped in to counsel me through some of the litigation issues and the various aspects of the proposed settlement. She is an active member of her local bar community and increases the quality of legal service in LA/OC because of her generosity and intelligence. I recommend her highly."
"Jan is my go-to colleague when it comes to any entertainment issues and non-profit issues. As an IP attorney, I have clients that need assistance in these areas. I gladly refer them to Jan, and they always thank me for it! I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer."
"I endorse this lawyer. Jan has a lifelong passion for entertainment and the arts and this carries over into her care for her entertainment clients. If I had a movie or music deal in the works, I would want Jan on my side. Jan is also an equestrian and has a great niche in equine law. She also has expertise in advising entrepreneurs and philanthropists on forming and running non-profits. She really is a wonderful and caring advocate."
