Fred fascenelli has represented me on several cases and has always done an amazing job. Straight hustler right here man. Words can’t describe how much he impacted my life. I had a pending case for 9 months. The previous lawyer I had suggested me to this man especially since I was going to trial. Said “You pay the man and you will win the case”. Sure enough he won the Case and my charges... got Dropped. If you just got convicted call or text him ASAP because he will communicate with you through the whole process. Especially if your case is going to trail !!!! Call him ASAP !!! This man will fight tooth and nail for your freedom. He smiles and plays with the DA, he may even buy him lunch. During my trial he was all attack dog. Limiting the Da evidence against me, in a manner that was simply nothing short then tactical genius, I am not saying every case has the ability, I g...uarantee If it is possible Fred will find it.. he exploits every loop hole land weakness and uses the law to Your advantage. Be powerful in that court, let Fred be your weapon of mad destruction.

unprofessional, unprepared, uninformed. hired him for my son 11 months ago. he won't meet with him in jail "cause it takes too long". so I asked him to meet with him at court, never has. Tells me one thing, my son another. Now he won't answer my calls, texts me and says he'll call back, it's been wee...k n a half. Son has conf with probation in 3 days, no communication at all. Don't even know if he will show up.He can't find papers I gave him a year ago to copy. now i need them for this meeting and don't have them. has not even tried to challenge or reduce charges.
