My expierence with hiring Fred to represent me in my 1st and only adult felony case was wonderful. Straight hustler right here man. Words can’t describe how much he impacted my life. I had a pending case for 9 months. The previous lawyer I had suggested me to this man especially since I was going to trial. Said “You pay the man and you will win the case”. Sure enough he won the Case and my charges... got Dropped. Fred is fantastic! This man managed to reduce four felony counts (all strikeable) and a sentence time of 22 years+ to a misdemeanor and a 1 year joint suspension for me in 2015! During which, he spoke with me regularly while I was incarcerated and never avoided any calls, texts, emails, or office vis...its in which I contacted him after I posted bail. Since then, Fred has assisted me in several recent "occurrences" and has provided me with the knowledge, as well as the expectancies, of potentially self incriminating incidences involving police contact and detective issues. unprofessional, unprepared, uninformed. hired him for my son 11 months ago. he won't meet with him in jail "cause it takes too long". so I asked him to meet with him at court, never has. Tells me one thing, my son another. Now he won't answer my calls, texts me and says he'll call back, it's been wee...k n a half. Son has conf with probation in 3 days, no communication at all. Don't even know if he will show up.He can't find papers I gave him a year ago to copy. now i need them for this meeting and don't have them. has not even tried to challenge or reduce charges.
