Frederick William Fascenelli Jr

Fred is fantastic! This man managed to reduce four felony counts (all strikeable) and a sentence time of 22 years+ to a misdemeanor and a 1 year joint suspension for me in 2015! During which, he spoke with me regularly while I was incarcerated and never avoided any calls, texts, emails, or office vis...its in which I contacted him after I posted bail. Since then, Fred has assisted me in several recent "occurrences" and has provided me with the knowledge, as well as the expectancies, of potentially self incriminating incidences involving police contact and detective issues.
