Frederick William Fascenelli Jr

He was hired for a friend and given a folder of all the evidence that he LOST almost immediately but continued to say he would find it but of course he never did!! This forced my friend to take a plea deal!!!! Fascenelli never made a county visit, never accepted collect calls and missed numerous cour...t dates. His response when I would question him was “you can hire another attorney” after he was already paid. Basically he takes on too many cases for less money and puts in minimum effort. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for!

Fred fascenelli has represented me on several cases and has always done an amazing job.
