I only completed 8 hours of 48 hours of community service. Am I going to jail? Can I request more time?
You have to try to complete before February. A little inconvenience now is alot better than possible incarceration.

Probably not-even with expungement.
Something is missing here. If the feds had him custody for a federal offense-no.
Best case is your counsel can negotiate the misdemeanor to an infraction. Worst is probably 3 years probation with court costs etc and classes....
It is a hearing to define and delineate the charges such that the court has an understanding how to proceed.
Unclear of question, but I think your answer is that the court will order his transport from jail.
In CA., intent to separate and consonant behavior is all that is necessary. Looks like February is time of separation.
Check on legal aid at the courthouse in Fresno (downtown).
Contact your counsel and ask...that is what your counsel is for.
If you have not been served, it would not be valid. Go to Santa Ana Central and use the clerk's office. It may have been filed, but not served.
