Depends upon the underlying conviction to a degre, but in all likelihood the court will revoke and re-instate his probation.

A PD is a lawyer. That BAC is nothing to scoff at. You need counsel period.

I do not see a complete revocation for a dui but there a number of penalties that the court may impose.
