He was so professional with my papers, he always responded to all my communications, when we went to the hearing downtown L.A. out of the 12 cases that were reviewed only 3 were approved and th...at included me. Mr. Cothran filed my Chapter 7. 10 years ago I was forced to file and concerned with the new laws that went into effect a few years back. The concern was unnecessary as Mr. Cothran is very well versed in this area as well as the other areas of my life this would impact. Such as modifying my mortga...ge, personal loans and potential child support issues. Mr. Cothran is extremely efficient with respect to getting your information filed and the pre-filing/post filing classes you must take prior to your hearing. I would most definitely use him again and would highly recommend him.
