I was executor of my brother's estate. He lived and died in Huntington Beach, CA and I live in Arizona. Sherry promised everything... said I had an open and shut case since my spouse had a drinking problem. Said I would get custody and support. She accomplished nothing. Sent someone from "Attorneys to Go" to stand in her place for 3 court appearances while she did her naval attorney training. When... she was in court she was not engaged. She did not fight or even negotiate with the opposing attorney, just agreed. She talked me into giving up a holiday weekend with my child and said she'd get a PI but did not follow through.
