Sherry Ann Garrels

I was executor of my brother's estate. He lived and died in Huntington Beach, CA and I live in Arizona. I was concerned that our father would attempt to disrupt things, and so I sought the advice of Ms. Garrels who I was referred to by a good friend of my brother's. In a way our dad did disrupt thing...s by contacting my brother's ex-wife. Ex wife of 18 years. She is a paralegal and wanted money and was I ever blessed to have had Ms. Garrels and her team on my side during the craziness that ensued. In the end, the ex-wife went away with nothing as she never had a claim. Sherry Garrels is as honest and compassionate as can be. And even though she is in the US Coast Guard, I call her an Army of One!

Sherry Has represented me seven times in Orange County Criminal Court; Probation Matters. She always argues very hard for me and never fails to make my situation better. She's on time and prepared. I trust her completely. Her rates are very fair. Orange County Courts are tough and Sherry is able to f...ight against tough prosecutors and probation officers.

After reading the reviews, I have came to the conclusion, that these are bogus. Sherry was and still is my attorney. In my divorce, my first attorney did nothing, I micro managed it, when I got Sherry on board, BAM, she was awesome. She fights like hell. She NEVER has promised a client anything, that... is the golden rule, they do not know the out come, so therefore, she never promises. As a matter of fact, I went to work for her and saw first hand how she works. She is one of the few attorneys that have the respect from the judges that she goes before in a court room. She got me what I wanted in my divorce. I would 100% recommend her to anyone

Sherry Garrel's is a LIFE SAVER!!! At least she SAVED me from ending up in an Orange County Jail for 180 days. I picked the Best Lawyer after receiving my 3rd DUI during my 2nd DUI's probation. She was able to drop my probation violation and get me a diversion program where it can be expunged, inste...ad of 180 days in a County Jail. I also have the opportunity to drive with a restricted license to work and class, instead of a fully restricted license for 1 Year with the DMV. If you are in trouble with the law and need a Great Lawyer. Sherry is a Great and straight forward no B.S lawyer, who tells it how it is without sugar coating the truth.

I never read these reviews before hiring Ms. Garrels, I came back after her services to deliver a comment on how she handled my case and was very surprised to see such negative comments and I wonder who pays these people to do this? First, I am leaving my actual name so people (including her) know I... am an actual client. Two, I hired this person (unlike some of the commenters), it was on me to look up information on her and to see what kind of practice she does, some of those comments are very brave but not stating their names or say that they never hired her, so how in the world would you know????? In any case, my experience was nothing but total opposite...I had a Child Custody case and she help me with the entire process, she literally hold my hand as I am not acquainted even with the legal terminology. My case was different than most as it was an international case, not an easy one but Ms. Garrels and her team exceeded my expectations. I am nothing but grateful that for one, that they knew what they were doing and two, that we are able to accomplish our goals, always caring very carefully for what was best for my son.
