I am a Senior Attorney with Michael Sullivan & Associates, LLP, and practice in all aspects of civil litigation, with an emphasis on subrogation. I have experience in Federal Court and the CA Court of Appeal, where i successfully argued for Affirmation of a Court Order in my clients favor. I practice in breach of contract, construction litigation, third-party insurance subrogation, and general liability civil defense.
