4 defendants were charged with 1st Degree Murder of an innocent 56 year-old grandmother in Pico Rivera who was trying to stop a tagger from tagging. The tagger, C.L., J.T. the driver, A.R. the 15 year- ... old shooter, and R.R. the alleged shot-caller were all charged. C.L., the tagger, pled to 21 years and testified for the prosecution. The shooter was found guilty and J.T. & R.R. were found not guilty of murder!
