David Scott Borsari

Was recommended by another Lawyer to help with a submission and if necessary an appeal for Home confinement. He assured he'll do everything he can to help. That was not the case. He wrote a letter of recommendation and charged me $1,500 for nothing. Got denied and he said "sorry, nothing else i can d...o". He did not fight, just took it and left me to be.

I was falsely accused for domestic violence, and battery with a weapon. I hired David and he stuck with me for 14 months fighting against the DA and the local police department, proving my innocence. David was the third attorney I interviewed. I went with him because I felt like he was the strongest, most knowledgeable fighter for what I was facing. I cant explain how happy I am I went with my gut. He knows the law, and he stands by his clients through everything.

The plea bargain Borsari negotiated was just as punitive as if I LOST my case. Mr. Borsari failed to protect me....he just wanted my money AND he also had me give him $1500 more for unsubstantiated costs. I felt I was in court with all the legal participants against me....the Judge, the Prosecuto...r....and Mr. Borsari my lawyer. Prior to court, he had me read and initial ALL the stipulations proposed against me. I thought he was going to argue against imposing any of these on my behalf. (This included lifetime 290 Registration for a misdemeanor). The judge just read the stipulations as she sentenced me. I was shocked and devastated! I definitely do not understand how the legal system works, and hoped Borsari DID and would perform in my best interest. He failed me and ruined my enjoyment of life forever!

He answered all of my questions re: our daughter, he knows the laws and the flaws of the laws. He is not pushy with collecting anything. After using him for her DMV trial we couldnt afford any atty. for the court arraignment, he still was available to give us advice even though he was well aware w...e were doing the case without an atty. His advice was stellar. I was very impressed with him and dont think you could find a better atty then David.
