Attorney

This lawyer was ahead of his time. He figured out that the Banks do not own the Notes and are wrongfully foreclosing. His profession did not support his accurate findings. He was railroaded by the 1%, his legal work was correct. I understand he is now MISSING. He should have gone further than ju...st the violation of Civil Code 2923.5, not that it would matter in court, but there is also the violation of Civil Code 2941, the key to finding that the original lenders breached the deeds of trust when they sold the notes without reconveying their interest on the county records. The key is ¶23 of the deed of trust and Civil Code 2941. If the Banks followed the same laws as the rest of us the courts would find they had no right to foreclose as those contracts were breached. The Note Holders (different parties) should seek remedies under the UCC.
