Biography
I am attorney Marc T. Eagan. For more than 35 years, I have focused exclusively in the area of estate planning in California, including complex trust administration and business and tax planning matters. During that time, I have seen changes to the law surrounding estates and probate, as well as changes to how people prioritize their goals. Helping clients achieve their goals and give them and their loved ones legal and financial security is at the heart of everything my firm does. I take pride in making this complex, intimidating area of the law more approachable and easier to understand.

Wonderful
My mother had the foresight to set up her estate with Attorney Eagan. He helped me navigate post her death the obstacle courses that financial institutions maintain in settling her account. He was incredibly helpful.
